Privacy notice

When you send a project inquiry, we collect the details you enter and any files you attach. We use them to review the project and contact you about it.

Your project information

Inquiries and attachments are stored through the website’s hosting infrastructure. They are available in a private studio inbox restricted to authorized JQ users. Attachments are not published in the portfolio. Please send only material you are entitled to share and avoid sensitive personal documents.

Storage and contact

Project information is retained for inquiry follow-up unless you ask us to remove it. To request access, correction or deletion, email the studio with your inquiry reference.

Site operation

The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Signing in to the private studio inbox uses the website’s configured authentication service.

Optional measurement

When optional measurement is enabled, the Privacy preferences control lets you accept or reject analytics and advertising. Google Tag Manager loads configured measurement tools only after acceptance. You can change your choice at any time. Sending a project inquiry does not require optional tracking.

Configured Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta tools may measure page visits and accepted Collection inquiries. Normal analytics events do not include your name, email, telephone number, project notes or uploaded files. A necessary browser preference remembers your choice; optional session storage prevents the same inquiry event from being counted repeatedly. After acceptance, approved campaign labels and advertising click identifiers may be kept in the same browser tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity, so a completed inquiry can be associated with the visit that led to it. Rejecting optional tracking clears this website’s optional session data. The active providers and their settings are reviewed before optional measurement is enabled.

Photography

Portfolio images are selected and retouched from JQ’s project photographs. Specifications are confirmed through drawings and physical samples.
