01 / THE CONSTRUCTIONBEAUTY HAS A STRUCTURE

A good bookcase has
nothing to hide.

A premium result comes from choosing the right material for each job. The finish, the interior and the shelf structure work together.

Engineered for the finish.

Painted shelves use MDF, a smooth, consistent material suited to a painted surface. Launch shelves are 1 inch thick, with clear unsupported spans up to 27 inches. Wider spans require individual review.

The fit is in the edges.

Side panels, fillers and base returns complete the composition. How the bookcase meets the walls and floor is considered with the room’s actual conditions.
